Once again I am blown away by the generosity and effort put forth by the community in helping to contribute to another record setting year. A big thank you and round of applause for your help 🙂

This will be my 3rd (or 4th year, I’ve lost count) as a contributor and my 2nd year as a coordinator located in the US. I learned from some mistakes I made last year and did my best to purchase as many sets as possible with my allocated funds. Before I get to the numbers I would like to say a big thank you to Jack at Chowren Toys who worked with me and discounted a few items to a price which allowed me to purchase a large number of two different poly bags.

I was able to purchase $3,331.93 worth of LEGO with my $1,500 in funds which wound up being a whopping 55% off retail! That translates into 121 full sets and 175 poly bags for a total of 296 children in the El Paso County area (via Toys for Tots) who received the gift of LEGO this year.

Everyone did an amazing job this year and I look forward to seeing what we can all accomplish in 2016!
