2025 Hello from Friendly Manitoba

Hello from friendly Manitoba. This year was more of a challenge as I had shoulder surgery December 1st which has greatly restricted what I could and could not do. Lucky that the groups we selected this year were able to come to us to do our Lego draft and my wife greatly increased the amount of work she did buying Lego and communicating with the parties we had selected.

We were lucky enough to turn the money from C4C and MBLUG, into 79 sets worth $2400 CDN. The groups we choose this year were a library from Riverton, Manitoba which request Lego for their after school program; a day care from Carman, Manitoba which is adding the Lego they received to enrich their kids play time; Genesis House in Winkler, Manitoba which will use the Lego for gifts to kids connected to the women's shelter; and the Manitoba Children's Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba which gifts the sets to kids in the hospital to help occupy their time while they at the hospital receiving treatment.

As always, the organizations selected were amazed by the selection and quantity of the Lego they received and greatly appreciate the work that Creations 4 Charity does as they would not have the available funds to purchase this Lego for themselves. On behalf of them, thank you for all you do to allow us to contribute to the enrichment of children's lives with these gifts.
