Greater Chicago Area 2025 sets delivered by Windy City LUG

The Windy City LUG (WCL) partnership with Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge, IL, continues to grow every year. Children are in their care sometimes for extended hospital stays, but a LEGO set can bring comfort to them. 2025 marks WCL's fourth year participating in LEGO distribution on behalf of Creations for Charity, and it is always a pleasure to serve Chicagoland.

This large donation of LEGO sets wouldn't be possible without the help of WCL members making raised funds go further by hunting sales and deals. Additionally, we are grateful for the generosity of Bricks & Minifigs Schaumburg staff.

WCL members and Advocate Children's Hospital staff move the donations into the outpatient center.

"The LEGO club is back!" exclaims an enthusiastic hospital staff member as LEGO sets are hauled inside by the cartful. Staff continue to emphasize the desirability of LEGO by their patients, so we know for certain Creations for Charity makes an impact on the underprivileged in our community.
